AZYEP has partnered with us to present local youth bands every second Tuesday at Steve’s Guitars in Carbondale. Join us on January 13th for the kickoff featuring Rock and Roll Academy groups Unrestricted and The Halfcabs, and solo artist Dylan Duba. Come hang out and support young musicians!

Learn guitar, bass, drums, keys, and/or vocals—and form a band! At Rock and Roll Academy, your class is the band. Sign up solo or with friends! Jam together, build skills, perform live. Be loud, be creative, and have fun in an inclusive, empowering space.

We understand the importance of creating a space where young individuals feel seen and valued by their communities. The Rock and Roll Academy is a vital creative space, supporting kids who might otherwise lack a place to grow and express themselves.
A Place To Be heard
We believe in letting kids be heard. Students choose their instruments, bands, and songs. Giving these kids autonomy allows them to learn valuable communication and collaboration skills all while fostering confidence. Here, we're nurturing confident individuals ready to take on the challenges of the world.
